Waterborne Thermal Lamination Adhesive

Thermal Lamination Adhesive
Heat-activated waterborne adhesives for laminating paper to BOPP film. The adhesive is applied to the sheet and then bonded under heat and pressure, giving a high-gloss finish with strong adhesion and no bubbling on long continuous runs. Three grades — 771, 772 and 775 — differ in machine startup speed, leveling behaviour and cost position.
When to choose this category
Choose thermal lamination when your line has heat and you want a high-gloss paper-to-BOPP film finish. If your line runs at ambient temperature, or the printed sheet cannot take heat, use cold lamination adhesive. Neither thermal nor cold is intended for film-to-film bonding — for that use film-to-film lamination.
