Waterborne Cold Lamination Adhesive

Cold Lamination Adhesive
Waterborne adhesives for laminating paper to plastic film at ambient temperature — no heat required. High solid content gives strong powder-covering ability on powder-sprayed prints and reduces adhesive consumption. Two grades — AAA-80 and AA600.
When to choose this category
Choose cold lamination when your line has no heat, or when the printed sheet cannot take heat. AAA-80 has the higher viscosity and solid content and is positioned for powder-sprayed prints with high bonding requirements; AA600 is aimed at moderate powder spraying with lower adhesive consumption. If you do have heat and want a higher-gloss finish, thermal lamination is the alternative. Neither cold nor thermal is intended for film-to-film bonding — for that use film-to-film lamination.
