The Huacheng research centre is supported by more than 30 senior engineers specialising in polymer chemistry, applied materials, coating formulations and adhesives. Waterborne resin synthesis, polyurethane and polyaspartic technologies, functional pavement materials and eco-friendly adhesive systems are developed in house and scaled on 24 m³ and 10 m³ reaction vessels.
Formulation testing compares different formulations to identify the optimal system for a given substrate and service environment. Gas chromatographs, UV aging chambers, tensile testers and humidity-controlled cabinets sit alongside the pilot reactors, so batches are evaluated on site rather than sent out.
Customised testing and evaluation based on client-provided samples or standards. Work runs through the Weifang Key Laboratory and the Weifang Enterprise Technology Center, whose remit covers polymer synthesis, formulation evaluation and performance testing.
More than 500 staff cover production, engineering, quality management and technical services. The team provides product information, technical support and cooperation details for distributors and project owners.
